- Technical & Navigation Data: Anonymous browser type, operating system, and page view statistics collected through privacy-preserving cookies.
- Communications: Notes and correspondence exchanged during admissions inquiries and student chart review feedback.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases recognized by the PDPA:
- Contractual Performance: To register you for workshops, deliver course materials, issue certificates of completion, and manage studio access.
- Legitimate Interests: To respond to admission inquiries, improve our curriculum, maintain studio safety, and verify educational prerequisites.
- Consent: Where you have explicitly opted in to receive technical research articles and course schedule announcements.
4. Data Retention Period
We retain student enrollment records, course attendance logs, and completed certification records for up to five (5) years following the conclusion of training to fulfill statutory tax, accounting, and educational verification obligations under Thai law. General admissions inquiries that do not result in enrollment are deleted after twenty-four (24) months.
5. International Data Transfers
Where cloud-based administrative tools (such as secure email servers or video streaming delivery networks) host data outside Thailand, we ensure adequate cross-border protection safeguards in compliance with Section 28 of the PDPA, including standard contractual clauses and end-to-end encryption.
