Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flow Spire Hub Co., Ltd., we maintain small, highly focused studio cohorts (capped at 8 to 12 participants) to ensure intensive one-on-one chart reviews and instructor feedback. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, seat transfers, rescheduling, and tuition refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility and Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility is determined by the date on which written cancellation notice is received by our admissions department:

• 14 or More Days Prior to Cohort Start: 100% Full Refund of all paid tuition fees, minus a 1,500 THB administrative processing fee.
• 7 to 13 Days Prior to Cohort Start: 50% Partial Refund of paid tuition, or a 100% credit applied to any future cohort within 12 months.
• Less Than 7 Days Prior to Cohort Start: Due to fixed studio capacity constraints and reserved instructor time, tuition is non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their enrollment to an alternate start date at no penalty.

2. Work Already Started & Active Cohorts

Once a workshop cohort has commenced (e.g., after the first studio session or chart lab begins), tuition for that cohort becomes non-refundable. If unforeseen personal or medical emergencies arise during an active 4-week workshop, the participant may request a formal deferral to complete the remaining modules with the subsequent scheduled cohort.

3. Rescheduling & Seat Reservation Transfers

Participants may reschedule their enrollment to an upcoming cohort up to seven (7) days prior to the start date without incurring administrative fees (subject to seat availability in the target cohort). Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@flow-spirehub.click.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Physical course materials (e.g., the 180-page Macro Trend Mapping physical workbook) once unsealed and delivered to the participant.
• Completed one-on-one private mentoring diagnostic sessions.
• Administrative registration processing fees for late cancellations.

5. No-Shows and Incomplete Attendance

Participants who fail to attend scheduled studio sessions or live interactive streams without prior written notification are marked as no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or compensatory private sessions, though access to recorded video sessions remains available for the standard 90-day archive duration.

6. Instructor or Institute Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Flow Spire Hub Co., Ltd. must cancel a scheduled workshop cohort or lab due to instructor illness, severe weather, or force majeure events, participants will be offered the choice of:

1. An immediate 100% full refund of all paid fees without deductions.
2. A guaranteed priority seat in the rescheduled cohort with an additional complimentary one-on-one chart diagnostic audit.

7. Refund Request and Processing Protocol

To request a refund or transfer, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@flow-spirehub.click with the subject line "Refund Request: [Full Name] - [Cohort Date]".
2. Include your enrollment confirmation number and the reason for your cancellation.
3. Our admissions department will review and process eligible requests within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
4. Refunds are issued using the original payment method (e.g., bank wire transfer or original payment processing channel). Depending on your financial institution, funds may take 3 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
