These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "Student", or "User") and Flow Spire Hub Co., Ltd. ("Flow Spire Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to our website (flow-spirehub.click), participation in our technical market analysis workshops, chart laboratories, mentoring programs, and receipt of educational materials.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, submitting an enrollment inquiry, or reserving a seat in any training workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Educational Scope & Nature of Training

Flow Spire Hub operates strictly as a specialized technical analysis education and market structure research institute. All workshops, chart labs, publications, video streams, and mentoring discussions are delivered exclusively for educational and intellectual training purposes.

• Training curriculum focuses on historical chart mechanics, volume profile auction theory, mathematical risk containment formulas, and multi-timeframe mapping routines.
• Course instructors demonstrate technical principles on past and current market chart setups to explain structural concepts; these demonstrations reflect pedagogical exercises and analytical case studies.
• Each student maintains full individual responsibility for their personal investment decisions, capital management, and financial choices outside our training facilities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course manuals, the 180-page Macro Trend Mapping Workbook, proprietary indicator formulas, diagnostic spreadsheets, chart annotation templates, and digital video recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Flow Spire Hub Co., Ltd.

Enrollment grants the participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review the materials for individual study. You may not duplicate, redistribute, republish, resell, or publicly stream any course materials or recordings without prior express written consent from Flow Spire Hub Co., Ltd.

4. Workshop Enrollment & Code of Conduct

To ensure high educational quality, all cohort workshops and chart labs maintain strict student caps. We expect all attendees to uphold professional conduct during live studio sessions and group chart review clinics. Flow Spire Hub reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or commercial promotional behavior without entitlement to a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Spire Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our workshops or your application of technical analysis methodologies.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms periodically. Any updates will be published directly on this page with a revised effective date.
